OneSiteKit is a web application that field crews and site administrators use to run day-to-day operations at industrial worksites. It is an account-based platform — users register and are approved by their organization's administrator before they can sign in.

What you can do with OneSiteKit

Equipment sign-out & return — track radios, fuel keys, tools and gas detectors with QR/NFC scanning and admin approval.
Dewatering & well monitoring — pump, sump and well checks with flow readings and overdue alerts.
Inspections & safety — environment points, confined space, fall protection and ground-disturbance assessments.
Crew meetings & onboarding — shift meetings, roll call, and contractor onboarding records.

SMS notifications (optional, opt-in only)

Opt-in is web-based — there is no SMS keyword. A signed-in user enables text alerts for their own registered mobile number from Admin → Notifications inside the app, by selecting a delivery schedule and checking an "I agree" consent box. Administrators cannot opt anyone else in.

Messages are operational notifications for the user's organization (for example, a pending equipment sign-out/return approval). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
